2026 Breakfast with the Chief

Thank You for Standing with Our Firefighters!

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us for the 5th Annual Breakfast with the Chief on September 25, 2026. Community leaders, businesses, firefighters, friends, and supporters came together for a morning dedicated to one shared purpose: making our community safer.

This year’s program offered an inside look at the evolving needs of the Bellevue Fire Department and the important role community support can play in meeting them. Fire Chief Dave Tait joined Mark Wright for a fireside conversation about the department, the challenges facing today’s fire service, and the people who answer the call every day.

Guests also experienced a live drone demonstration, seeing firsthand how this emerging technology can provide firefighters with critical information from above—helping improve situational awareness, support incident command, and enhance firefighter and community safety.

The Bellevue Fire Foundation was created to help bridge the gap between what public funding can provide and the tools, training, technology, and wellness resources that can make a meaningful difference for our firefighters. The generosity and partnership demonstrated at this year’s breakfast help us continue that work.

To our sponsors, table hosts, donors, volunteers, Bellevue Fire Department leadership and staff, and every guest who joined us—thank you. Your support makes it possible for the Foundation to respond when important needs arise and to invest in resources that help Bellevue’s firefighters serve our community safely and effectively.

The breakfast may be over, but its impact continues. We invite you to enjoy the photo gallery below and recognize the sponsors whose leadership and generosity helped make this year’s event possible.

Together, we are making our community safer.
